8. DELIVERIES

8.1 Standard delivery lead time is 3–7 working days, subject to stock availability and destination.

8.2 Customers are responsible for providing full, accurate delivery details.

8.3 International deliveries are not supported via the website.

8.4 Delivery personnel may request valid identification upon delivery.

8.5 Large items must be inspected immediately for damage or missing accessories. Declining inspection constitutes acceptance.

8.6 Outlying-area deliveries must be inspected within 24 hours of receipt.

9. COLLECTIONS

9.1 In-store collection is available only in selected regions.

9.2 Where stock must be transferred between stores, a lead time of 5–7 working days may apply.

9.3 Items must be collected within 5 days of notification.

9.4 Customers must inspect their items before leaving the store.

9.5 Customers must ensure they have suitable transport for collected goods.

9.6 Items not collected within the required timeframe may be returned to stock and repriced according to current rates.

9.7 Orders placed on third-party platforms (eBucks, Avo, Momentum, etc.) are not eligible for in-store collection.


10. PAYMENT

10.1 Accepted payment methods include Visa and MasterCard.

10.2 EFT payments must reflect within 5 working days to secure an order.

10.3 All orders are subject to fraud screening. Suspicious or unverifiable transactions may be declined.


11. AGREEMENT OF SALE

11.1 An agreement of sale is concluded once payment is authorised or cleared.

11.2 Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and peak trading periods.

11.3 Giovision may refuse or cancel an order and refund the customer where required.

11.4 Additional onsite services, adjustments or installations may incur supplier call-out fees.

11.5 Products are intended for domestic use unless explicitly stated otherwise.

11.6 All warranty claims must follow the relevant manufacturer’s process.

11.7 Warranties apply within South Africa only.

11.8 Some suppliers require proof of certified installation for warranty approval. Failure to provide such proof may void coverage.

12. STOCK AVAILABILITY

12.1 All products are subject to limited stock. If an item becomes unavailable after order placement, Giovision will notify the customer and process a refund.


13. GIOVISION MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

13.1 Extended warranty benefits follow manufacturer guidelines and commence only after the standard warranty expires.

13.2 Claims within the manufacturer’s warranty period must be submitted directly to the supplier.

13.3 Claims after the expiry period must be logged at admin3@giovision.co.za or 033 330 4330.

13.4 Exclusions include misuse, incorrect installation, power surges, cosmetic damage, consumables and environmental factors.

13.5 Call-out or assessment fees may apply if no manufacturing fault is identified.

13.6 Where repairs are not feasible, a replacement or upgrade option may be offered at Giovision’s discretion.

13.7 Contracts may be transferred to a new owner with written notice.


14. SPECIAL OFFERS

14.1 Promotional prices apply only while active and while stock remains available.

14.2 Pensioner discounts are available in-store only.

14.3 Promotions, vouchers and discounts cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

14.4 Vouchers are valid for three months and cannot be redeemed for cash.

14.5 Price matching may be offered at Giovision’s discretion.

14.6 The welcome coupon applies to first-time online purchases only and may not be used with other promotions.


15. EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

15.1 Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

15.2 Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

15.3 Supplier-ordered accessories, consumables or spares are non-returnable.

15.4 Handling or repackaging fees may apply for opened or damaged items.

15.5 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return relates to a manufacturing fault under the CPA.

15.6 Photos of the product, packaging and condition may be required for assessment.

15.7 Exchanges apply only where the model is still current and the returned product is in perfect condition.


16. REFUNDS
