In the first two years Rest Assured will repair, replace or refund a defective mattress or foundation (at its option). After that a service charge, based on the current retail price and the number of years in use, applies. The warranty is for the original purchaser only and needs the original purchase invoice. Rest Assured may revoke it if a matching Rest Assured base was not purchased. See the Rest Assured warranty card for the full terms.
