Warranty
Cloud Nine covers this mattress with a 2-year guarantee followed by a 20-year service warranty. In the first two years Cloud Nine will repair, replace or refund a defective mattress or foundation (at its option). After that a service charge, based on the current recommended retail price and the number of years in use, applies. The warranty is for the original purchaser only and needs the original purchase invoice. Cloud Nine may revoke it if a matching Cloud Nine base was not purchased.
